    FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULTATION

    During this consultation, I want to learn about what interests you about breath coaching and how you think it will help you. I'll explain briefly my approach to breath coaching and how Oxygen Advantage works, including the exercises I teach and the commitment required from you to practice them.

    PACKAGE OF FIVE BREATH COACHING SESSIONS

    Breath coaching is most effective when practised consistently over time, with regular sessions reinforcing new breathing techniques, so they become second nature in daily life, exercise, and sleep. This approach also provides accountability, allows us to track your progress and make refinements to the exercises if necessary.

    For these reasons, I recommend a package of five sessions comprising an initial assessment and four follow-up consultations.

    We offer tailored breathing exercises designed to meet individual needs and goals. Whether you aim to reduce stress, improve athletic performance, or enhance your overall health, our programs are customized to help you achieve optimal results through targeted breathing practices.     INITIAL ASSESSMENT

    I will look at your current breathing patterns at rest and do some simple tests to see what aspects of your breathing may need some attention. I’ll ask you questions about how your breathing affects your life now and how you would like it to be different in 3-6 months.

    I will devise a programme of breathing exercises for you to practice during the session and use at home. We’ll agree on how you can integrate the exercises into your life.

    I will send you a summary of the exercises on a live Googlesheet calendar to remind you what and how to practice. You will fill this in daily so we can monitor your progress and discuss it at each session.

    This session takes about 90 minutes.

    One-off cost - £75

    FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

    In these sessions, we review your progress, check you are doing the exercises correctly, and alter your exercise programme as your breathing improves.

    I will update the calendar with everything we covered in the session for your reference.

    Each session takes around 60 minutes.
